Air Conditioning
Each chalet has a wall mounted temperature control but there is no air conditioning in the units.
Business Services
There are limited business services available at our sister resort Glacier Mountaineer Lodge, please contact Guest Services. More comprehensive services can be found in the Town of Golden; a 15 minute drive.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm at Glacier Mountaineer Lodge. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Palliser Lodge gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Fitness Centre
Palliser Lodge has a fitness room. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are not permitted.
Hot Tub
Palliser Lodge has an outdoor hot tub. For safety reasons, our hot tub is not open once outside temperatures drop below -20C (wind-chill combined temperature). The hot tub temperature is 40C (104F). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants.
Housekeeping
A full clean including new linens is available on request for a charge at anytime during your stay.
Internet
All condos at Palliser Lodge are equipped with complimentary Internet access with wireless access available in Glacier Mountaineer's lobby. You will need a cable to connect to the Internet. Please note: Palliser Lodge is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network.
Iron & Ironing Board
All suites at Palliser Lodge are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each condo at Palliser Lodge features a fully equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite with laundry detergent.
Parking
Complimentary indoor parking is available. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit.
Pets
Palliser Lodge is not Pet Friendly but Bellstar is pleased to offer Pet Friendly suites at other resorts at Kicking Horse. Please inquire by calling Central Reservations.

Quiet Times
Palliser Lodge is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Shopping - Groceries
There is a small seasonal (winter) General Store located in the resort. Alternatively, larger grocery stores can be found in the Town of Golden; a 15 minute drive.
Ski/Bike/Golf Club/Snowboard Storage
There is one locker provided for each suite. Please visit the Guest Services desk to obtain a lock. Please be advised that bikes, snowboards, skis and poles are not permitted inside suites and Palliser Lodge will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
Smoking
Palliser Lodge is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
