Housekeeping
To conserve energy and minimize environmental waste, regular housekeeping services only occur on the fourth day of your stay. Housekeeping services include refreshing the coffee/tea station in your suite, the removal of garbage and recycling, and making of the beds.
Storage
Complimentary storage is available on a first come first serve basis. Please be advised that snowboards, skis, poles, bikes, and other equipment are not permitted inside the suites.
Smoking
Palliser Lodge is pleased to offer a smoke free environment. Guests are not permitted to smoke in any suites, or in any areas or the resort including balconies. Just a friendly reminder, Golden, BC and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort are wilderness areas that are highly susceptible to fire. Please dispose of your cigarettes in an appropriate manner.
